Once submitting this form we will respond within two business days with our availability and intake form. Our intake form is the first chance to understand your vision for this occasion so we can make it the breathtaking experience for you and your guests. Please share as much information as you can. If you don't know yet, not to worry - we love to brainstorm! We will respond with ideas and the opportunity for a phone consultation. Once we have your vision we will outline the details in an agreement. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your luxury occasion. These things all in hand, we can take care of the rest so you have nothing to do but bring but a smile!
Before you fill out our quote form we kindly ask you take the following into consideration:
We are typically booked four weeks out. We promise to do our best to accommodate requests received on a short notice.
To create your luxury occasion, we need at least two weeks notice (customized parties require an earlier notice).
Holidays such as Easter, July 4th, Halloween, etc. are typically booked four months in advance.
We do not reserve occasions on Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas - those are reserved for our own families.
Providing a quote is not something we disclose over the phone - only through the submission of this form.
After submitting your form, you will receive an answer within the next 2-3 business days. Requests sent on Thursdays will be answered on the following Tuesday as we are working on site during Fridays and weekends.
Quick reminder from our experience pages: our luxury picnics and gatherings start at $285 for a two-hour event for two people. Each additional guest is $45 with discounts for groups of 30+. Our teepee sleepovers start at $300 for three and $100 each additional guest.
